DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT AGREEMENT

If you find any of our packages appealing, you can secure your booking by entering into a contract and paying a 30% deposit. You can sign the contract and pay the deposit either online or in person. Additionally, we can discuss your ideas or brainstorm during this process, either simultaneously or at a later time. :)





PAYMENT SCHEDULE


You have several options for payment to ensure the most convenient and flexible collaboration with you, without burdening your time on the wedding night with calculations. Therefore, you can choose from the following solutions:

  • 30% deposit upon contract signing and 70% within 2 weeks after the wedding, upon delivery of sneak peak photos.
  • 30% deposit upon contract signing, 35% within two weeks after the wedding, upon delivery of preview photos, and 35% upon delivery of the complete material.
  • 30% deposit upon contract signing and 70% upon delivery of the complete material.

language skills

Our team members are all fluent in English. Instructing international wedding guests or couples in English is no problem for us. We enjoy getting to know different cultures and traditions, and traveling is not an issue for us either! We are willing to go to the ends of the earth to capture your most important moments! :)




DELIVERY OF RAW FOOTAGE


Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the raw footage as it represents only 40-50% of our work. Uncompressed, large, and specialized file formats, as well as short footages, can often be unenjoyable or unplayable without special software.


It's important for us that you see as many moments from the Big Day as possible, including the guests. Therefore, we prefer to put in extra effort into editing the films so that if needed, we can expand the main films for you or provide entire events or ceremonies. Of course, these details need to be clarified and included in the contract beforehand so that we know how to prepare for the recordings on the day. The prices for expansions and extra events can be found in the additional services section!

travel fees and accomodation

The travel cost is 0,30 EUR (for locations outside the 20 km radius of Budapest, starting from District IX, round trip). This price may vary by a maximum of +10% depending on current extraordinary changes in fuel prices.


Within the 20 km radius of Budapest, we do not request travel expenses from you. For locations further away or for longer durations, there may be a need for accommodation on our part, which we will let you know about. For international trips or elopements, we will calculate unique cost for you.

Can we choose music for the films?

Highlights films are usually made public (unless otherwise agreed upon), so the music used in them is licensed. We decide about the music usually based on insights gained from your wedding and the connection we've built with you, along with the vibe and atmosphere captured in the footages. This will help us choose the music that truly fits, and in 99% of cases, you'll love it too. :)


Sometimes, the process of selecting the best music alone can take up to 4 days during post-production. For your longer film, since it's usually private, we're happy to receive a favorite playlist from you, but we also reserve the right to choose the music based on the specific event, mood, and dynamics.
