These quiet, emotional moments become some of the most powerful memories, and we’ll capture them discreetly, without interrupting the magic.

💡 Tip: Reading the letters separately during preparations is a beautiful surprise in your long film — where you'll hear each other’s words for the first time on screen.

Deposit and Contract Signing

If you find one of our packages appealing, you can secure your booking with a signed contract and a 20% deposit. We offer the flexibility to complete this process either online or in person. During this time—or even at a later date—we can discuss your ideas, brainstorm concepts, or simply have a friendly chat to bring your vision to life.

Payment Schedule

We offer multiple payment options to ensure a smooth and flexible collaboration, making it as convenient as possible for you. Our goal is to let you enjoy your wedding day without worrying about settling payments during the celebration.

Here are the payment options you can choose from:

  1. 20% deposit upon signing the contract and 80% within 2 weeks after the wedding, upon receiving the preview photos.
  2. 20% deposit upon signing the contract, 40% within 2 weeks after the wedding, upon receiving the preview photos, and 40% upon delivery of the complete package.
  3. 20% deposit upon signing the contract and 80% upon delivery of the complete package.

Language skills

Our team members are fluent in English, making it easy for us to guide international couples and guests with clear instructions. We love connecting with different cultures and traditions, and we’re always excited to explore new destinations. Traveling is never an obstacle—if needed, we’ll go to the ends of the earth to capture your most precious moments!

Raw Footage Delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot provide raw footage, as it represents only 40-50% of our work. The uncompressed, large, and specialized file formats, along with short, unedited clips, are often unplayable or difficult to view without professional software.

We understand how important it is for you to relive as many moments as possible from your Big Day, including those with your guests. That’s why we focus on crafting polished films and are happy to expand them if requested. For example, we can create extended versions or provide full recordings of key events, such as your ceremony.

These customizations need to be discussed and agreed upon in advance to ensure we prepare the footage accordingly on-site. Pricing for extended edits and additional event coverage can be found in the Add-ons section.

How do you capture audio during the ceremony and speeches?


Clear audio is just as important to us as beautiful visuals. We use small, professional wireless microphones on the groom and officiant, as well as direct audio connections to the DJ or sound system. This ensures your vows, speeches, and ambient atmosphere are recorded with crystal-clear sound, completely unobtrusively.

Can we choose the music for the films?

Highlight films are shared publicly, so we use copyright-safe, professionally licensed music tailored to your vibe and connection. Finding the right track is a creative process, but our choices match our couples' taste 99% of the time.

For your longer, private feature film, we welcome your favorite songs and playlists for inspiration, while keeping creative freedom to ensure the music flows naturally with the story of your day.

Weddings, Creative Shoots or Engagement Sessions with Dogs?

ABSOLUTELY! :)

If a four-legged friend is part of your family, they absolutely belong by your side! We love having pets join the photoshoots—it makes it so much easier for you to relax and have fun. Plus, as experienced Bull Terrier owners, we’re ready for anything!  

How soon do we receive our photos and films?

Final films and photos are delivered within 90 business days from your wedding date or post-wedding session (revisions may extend this timeframe).

While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, peak season demand can affect processing times. Rest assured, we strictly adhere to the deadline specified in your contract.
