Deposit and Contract Signing

If you find one of our packages appealing, you can secure your booking with a signed contract and a 30% deposit. We offer the flexibility to complete this process either online or in person. During this time—or even at a later date—we can discuss your ideas, brainstorm concepts, or simply have a friendly chat to bring your vision to life.

Payment Schedule

We offer multiple payment options to ensure a smooth and flexible collaboration, making it as convenient as possible for you. Our goal is to let you enjoy your wedding day without worrying about settling payments during the celebration.

Here are the payment options you can choose from:

  1. 30% deposit upon signing the contract and 70% within 2 weeks after the wedding, upon receiving the preview photos.
  2. 30% deposit upon signing the contract, 35% within 2 weeks after the wedding, upon receiving the preview photos, and 35% upon delivery of the complete package.
  3. 30% deposit upon signing the contract and 70% upon delivery of the complete package.

Language skills

Our team members are fluent in English, making it easy for us to guide international couples and guests with clear instructions. We love connecting with different cultures and traditions, and we’re always excited to explore new destinations. Traveling is never an obstacle—if needed, we’ll go to the ends of the earth to capture your most precious moments!

Raw Footage Delivery

Unfortunately, we cannot provide raw footage, as it represents only 40-50% of our work. The uncompressed, large, and specialized file formats, along with short, unedited clips, are often unplayable or difficult to view without professional software.

We understand how important it is for you to relive as many moments as possible from your Big Day, including those with your guests. That’s why we focus on crafting polished films and are happy to expand them if requested. For example, we can create extended versions or provide full recordings of key events, such as your ceremony.

These customizations need to be discussed and agreed upon in advance to ensure we prepare the footage accordingly on-site. Pricing for extended edits and additional event coverage can be found in the Add-ons section.

Will we receive preview photos after the wedding?

Absolutely! 😊 We remember how excited we were to see our wedding photos, and we know your family will be eagerly asking about them the very next day.

We aim to send you a preview selection of about 80-100 photos within 1-2 weeks after your wedding, so you can relive those special moments right away.

Can we choose the music for the films?

Highlight films are typically public (unless we agree otherwise), so the music used in them is always copyright-safe. We strive to choose music that perfectly matches the atmosphere of your wedding, the vibe of the footage, and the connection between you two. Often, these insights help us select the perfect track, which aligns with your preferences 99% of the time. 😊

Sometimes, finding the right song can take up to four days during post-production. For your longer, private film, we’re happy to consider your favorite songs or playlists, but we retain creative freedom to select music that best fits the mood, dynamics, and flow of the event.

Weddings, Creative Shoots or Engagement Sessions with Dogs?

ABSOLUTELY! :)

If a four-legged friend is part of your family, they absolutely belong by your side! We love having pets join the photoshoots—it makes it so much easier for you to relax and have fun. Plus, as experienced Bull Terrier owners, we’re ready for anything!  

How long does it take to deliver the photos and films?

Expected delivery times, starting from your wedding day or the day of your post-wedding creative photoshoot: up to 3 months. (This timeframe applies to the first versions of your photos and films. If revisions are requested, the delivery may take longer.)

We always strive to work efficiently on post-production, but due to the high demand for our services (for which we’re incredibly grateful), tasks tend to pile up during the latter half of the season, extending turnaround times. Rest assured, we always meet the deadlines specified in our contracts.

As a husband-and-wife duo, we bring seamless teamwork, a shared vision, and matching styles to create something truly special—wherever your love story takes us!
